Security Administrator Intern -Winter 2026

Role Summary

As a Security Administrator Intern, you will provide essential support to our Security Technology Team by managing access control requests, assisting with new hire orientation, and troubleshooting security hardware. You'll develop valuable skills in Microsoft Office applications, incident management systems, and badge creation while adapting to new projects as needed. This role offers hands-on experience in security administration within a dynamic business environment where your organizational abilities and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact.

About the Role

• Process and manage phone calls, emails, and access control requests for the security team • Participate in new hire orientation activities, including creating and printing identification badges • Handle surveillance intake and respond to call center requests in a timely manner • Provide basic IT support for security products and troubleshoot hardware issues • Input and maintain records using Microsoft Office and incident management systems • Manage multiple email inboxes and properly categorize communications • Support the Security Technology Team with additional projects and duties as assigned

About You

Minimum Qualifications • Availability to work flexible schedules, including later shifts, weekends, and holidays • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications • Previous customer service experience • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks • Experience working collaboratively in team environments • Ability to commit to the role through the end of 2025 into 2026
