In the role of a Secondary Manufacturing Operator, you will be pivotal in the process of filling and packaging materials, ensuring that outstanding standards are maintained consistently. You will also be responsible for preparing laboratory equipment for use in the production areas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow the guidelines outlined in Production Operating Instructions (POIs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within designated timelines.
  • Uphold high-quality standards for all tasks completed.
  • Follow department and company protocols, which encompass health and safety guidelines.
  • Guarantee equipment calibration aligns with SOP guidelines.
  • Identify and communicate issues and variances.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

Requirements:

  • Educational background at GCSE level, or its equivalent, specialising in English and Mathematics.
  • Prior exposure to a manufacturing setting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in performing physical duties and managing different tools.
  • Collaborative individual with a flexible and optimistic demeanor towards work.
  • Foundational IT proficiencies.

Desired Qualifications and Background:

  • Prior background in packing positions or using machinery is preferred.
