- Identifies and assesses risks & issues; performs impact analysis and prioritization;
- manages identified risks & issues to resolution by removing impediments that prevent team from completing the work negotiated for a given sprint; provides effective reporting of impact and status
- Minimum 3+ years of scrum master delivery experience, including additional 2+ years of agile project experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification preferred, or
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
