Job Description

Provides scientific expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assists the
sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed product specifications for the
development and implementation of customer applications/solutions. May demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid
prototyping and/or product demo for client. May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications. May provide follow-up support to company sales staff
and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications. The focus of this role is on pre-sales and/or post-sales
application support without sole responsibility for closing the sale.

Knowledge of Quality Control products and Chemistry product line is preferred
Responsibilities

Use E.P.I. according to NR-06 training.

Provide updates, indicators, and service metrics to managers.

Responsible for the execution of installations, technical product support, corrective visits, validation of CDD & SDG equipment following local procedures in coordination with the Field Service Manager / Sr. Service Support Manager.

  • Fill out the work orders in Service Max (following all check list and validation procedures) after maintenance, close the ticket and send it to the customer's email before leaving the site.
  • Responsible for providing support and/or training to less experienced colleagues and distributors in collaboration with Service Support Manager on small, medium and large equipment.
