Who We’re Looking For:

A passionate, organized, and experienced leader ready to guide a childcare center with excellence. If you're a team-builder, motivator, and champion of quality care — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

Lead day-to-day operations and management of the school
Oversee curriculum implementation & regulatory compliance
Supervise, mentor & support an amazing team of educators
Maintain accurate administrative records & reports
Collaborate with families and build strong community ties
Ensure a safe, enriching, and nurturing environment
Organize staff meetings, professional development & events

What You Bring to the Table:

21+ years old
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education
Level III NC Director's Credential & NC Qualifying Letter
3-5+ years in a leadership/admin role in licensed childcare
CPR & First Aid Certified
Background Check Cleared
Ability to work a rotating shift between 6:00am–6:00pm, Mon–Fri
