Your new role: The Scanning Processor executes the day to day activities associated with incoming mail, invoice scanning and archiving. He/she would be a member of the Shared Services in Prague.
What you'll be doing in your new role:
AP generic mailbox administration and input of vendor invoices in AP Invoice tracker including paper invoices scanning.
Printing of AR intercompany invoices from Oracle.
Vendor Master Data support.
OCR implementation assistance.
The individual:
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management.
Fluent in written and spoken English and an additional European language.
Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage across multiple organizations, processes and initiatives.
Experience working in a Global Shared Service Center a plus.
Proficiency in Excel.
Experience working in a multicultural environment a plus.

This position is offered as a fixed-term and part-time contract for six months, with the potential for extension.
The role is based in Prague, Czech Republic.
