About the Role
We are establishing a Supply Chain Planning Centre of Excellence (CoE) to drive scale and competitive edge through industry leading ETE supply chain planning and synchronisation. As a young company we are looking to establish a consistent set of operating standards across entities and improve significantly our operational excellence by driving programs such as SC resilience and agility, Cash improvement and advanced planning technology platforms. This CoE transcends mere process standardization and incremental improvements. It is dedicated to fostering innovation and exploring new technologies. By adopting disruptive approaches to supply chain planning, we are setting a new benchmark for agility and strategic growth, ultimately delivering the desired business outcomes.
The new Supply Chain Excellence Director has over 15 years of experience in operational and strategic planning experience across at least 3 areas of end to end Planning, as well as at least one system integration program leadership. This role will collaborate with our Digital and data teams, the program team across regions and center. This is an instrumental role to build the global capability team and drive mastery of expertise consistently and at scale using best in class learning programs. The CoE Lead will develop the new identity of SC excellence and the Planning community across HALEON – he/she will not only develop high quality standards to guide regional operations, but also put in place a SC excellence health check, to regularly assess people capability and process adherence to ensure continuous improvements, while evolving best practices to fit both global and local needs.
This role will report directly to the QSC Operations Officer.
