Job Description
This role is a business function working closely with the Business Lead for the Purchase to Pay Stream, providing expertise in PTP (Direct & Indirect Procurement) and leading the PTP manager and specialists. Supports delivering end to end functional solutions for all processes in the PTP domain.
Providing subject matter expertise and business process knowledge in the area of Purchase to Pay
Assist in mapping the ‘Current-state’ or ‘As-is’ environment and documenting business processes within the area of Purchase to Pay
Analyze current business processes in relation to industry best-practice
Work with SAP IT specialists to translate Business Processes and Requirements into a fit-for-purpose SAP S4HANA solution
Proactively and effectively communicate progress of directly or indirectly owned pending demand and active projects throughout the life cycle. It can be anticipated that there will be numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.
Manage multiple stakeholder groups, translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.
Provides guidance to internal Business Leads on best practice and process improvements within Purchase to Pay
Support change management activities by assisting with development of training materials, training scenarios, documentation, communication and change impacts.
Work with and potentially lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system and process implementation and all required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing and production deployment project phases.
Develop detail work plan for PTP team and track progress
Provide status report for project meetings
Lead timely issue identification, resolution, escalation when appropriate
Ensure team adheres to project methods and controls
Maintain a process to approve and track acceptance of agreed project deliverables in line with agreed Statements of Work
Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
