SAP PLM Hana Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Primary Skills/Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications with 6+ years in PLM and 6+ years in MDM domains.
• Proven experience with PLM platforms such as SAP PLM.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM tools like SAP MDG.
• Expertise in:
  • Product Data Modeling and Governance
  • BOM Management and Change Control
  • Workflow and Lifecycle Configuration
  • Data Quality, Cleansing, and Harmonization
  • Integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Experience in data migration, data stewardship, and data validation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of PLM-MDM-ERP integration architecture.
• Experience in at least 3 full-cycle PLM or MDM implementations or rollouts.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
