What you will do:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Support Consultant with over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 support, resolving incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring smooth business operations in the SAP SD landscape. Experience in integration with MM, FI, and logistics modules is essential.

How you will do it:

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD module including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.

  • Support active projects including Hypercare.

  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within defined SLAs.

  • Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide functional solutions.

  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

  • Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and debugging.

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Document functional specifications, test cases, and user manuals.

  • Participation in system upgrades, patching, and regression testing.

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

  • Assist in end user training and documentation.

What we look for:

 

Required

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP SD module with strong support background.

  • In-depth knowledge of SD processes: order-to-cash, pricing, billing, shipping, and returns.

  • Experience with IDocs, EDI, and third-party integrations.

  • Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, FI, WM).

  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to SD.

  • Understanding of SD account assignment and revenue recognition process.

  • Experience with SAP SD user exists.

  • S4 HANA experience

  • Conduct unit testing and support UAT.

  • Hands on Experience with Pricing, Basis SD configurations, Delivery and Billing areas.

  • Ability to handle multiple Change requests and enhancements.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stake holders based out of different geography.

  • Experience with like ServiceNow ticketing tools and JIRA (project coordination).

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • SAP certification in SD.

  • Knowledge of latest Sales Simplification

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $89,000 - $119,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
