Job Description:
We are looking for an SAP Application L2 Support professional to provide technical support and ensure the continuous operation of SAP and transportation-related applications. This role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user support.
Minimum Experience Required:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in an IT support or application support role.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 support for SAP applications.
Analyze and resolve incidents and system issues.
Escalate complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a Support role is a plus.
Previous experience working with SAP or transportation applications is a plus.
Willingness to work on some weekends when required.
