Lead turnover meetings, ensuring proper agenda guidelines are followed.

Take delivery of POD (plan of the day), understand it, and execute it. 

Coordinate the shift by:

1. Taking radio calls and dispatching craft staff to the reactive calls, following up at intervals in accordance with escalation protocol. Re-assigning craft staff based upon production needs.
2. Understand and adhere to Escalation Protocol, contacting the appropriate resources when necessary.
3. Delegating the planned work to craft personnel, keeping in mind the priority ranking of the planned work, and ensuring that work kits are utilized. 

Making rounds of the plant, contacting the local Operations Team Leaders to ensure proper support is being provided. Additionally, contact craft staff to ensure progress is being made against the work pack or reactive call, and adjust accordingly based upon the status of the work or task at hand.

Ensuring the Shovel-Ready work list is being executed when an opportunity presents itself, by a downtime opportunity caused by a machine, scheduling, or inventory problem. 

Complete the Daily Shift report by:
1.    Creating a new Word Doc in the pertinent file location
2.    Populating the report per shift reporting guidelines
3.    Distribute the report to the pertinent plant leadership and team members

Manage crew's timecards in WFM daily and ensure the teams timecards are ready for final approval by the department manager before payroll on Monday mornings at 7:00 am. 

Ensure your available resources are actively involved on the plant floor supporting "cold start-ups" of equipment and processes.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
