We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Support Associate to join our team. This role supports Salesforce operations by managing data integrity, assisting with system updates, and resolving user issues. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and contributions to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, sales operations, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Salesforce Administration: Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, creating business cases for updates of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Data Management & Reporting: Conduct data reviews, support data imports, and generate reports to track Salesforce performance. Assist in data integrity initiatives, including cleansing and validation tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training & Documentation: Assist in training users on Salesforce best practices, developing user guides, and maintaining documentation for system changes.
- Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams to enhance Salesforce functionality and support business needs.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for efficiency improvements in Salesforce operations, supporting automation and workflow improvements.
- User Training & Support: Provide direct user support by answering Salesforce-related questions and assisting in troubleshooting.
- Project Support: Assist in Salesforce projects by understanding deliverables, gathering requirements, and supporting implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data management and data quality best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Sales Operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

The estimated base salary range for this job is $60,000-$80,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $69,000-$92,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
