Role overview
We are looking for an experienced and energetic professional to join our Salesforce.com practice Product and DevOps Team as a Salesforce Engineer.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will collaborate with Salesforce consultants, customers, and technical teams to create tailored solutions leveraging the full power of our tech stack, primarily focused on Salesforce Service Cloud and its integrated applications. You will work closely with the Product Team in an Agile & DevOps environment to design, implement, and deploy modern solutions that meet business needs.
Team & Projects
In this role, you will support the configuration and delivery of features for the Consumer Relations Management System, Sprinklr, and other applications designed for the Consumer Healthcare business.
The candidate may join one of two engineering teams within the Customer and Consumer Services organization: Consumer Relationship, responsible for CRM solutions supporting global hubs and agents, or B2B Customer, focused on Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Loyalty.
The first team delivers customized features for different markets, while the second builds new solutions from scratch and scales them globally.
The role will be part of a local team of 5 Salesforce Engineers, working in close collaboration with a broader engineering group of 20–30 specialists and international partners.

Key responsibilities
Configuration works on the Salesforce.com platform
Configuration of existing and delivery of new features for the Sprinklr application
Support in integration and deployment of new features for managed applications
Support delivery processes of Release increments created by the Product Team.
Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Product Owner, and Service Manager to deliver the Strategy of the product.
Work with business and customer representatives to identify product/service requirements
Technical analysis of business requirements and mapping them to platform capabilities
Helping end users to utilize managed applications and resolve their issues effectively
Provide technical expertise on the Salesforce.com platforms
·Anticipate, understand, troubleshoot, and fix problems using technical expertise and problem-solving skills to restore product/service, identify the root causes and remediate
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
+2 year of professional experience with Salesforce platform as a Salesforce Engineer/Developer
Experience designing and developing testable, resilient, and scalable solutions.
General knowledge of CI/CD processes
Understanding of the DevOps operating model
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Ability to quickly learn and support different portfolio applications
Strong collaboration skills, with an open mindset and ability to thrive in a global team environment.
Adaptable and growth-oriented, eager to learn new technologies and continuously develop professionally and personally.
Preferred
Experience wit building solutions in Salesforce.com
Certifications in Salesforce such as Salesforce Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Developer
Familiar with Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud
