Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join BPM’s Advisory team. The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and processes. This role requires someone who is highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage their work with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate takes full ownership of their projects, follows through on commitments, and consistently finds solutions to challenges. The consultant will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and customize Salesforce applications, and ensure seamless integration with other business systems. They will also provide expertise on Salesforce best practices, identify opportunities for process improvement, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance user experience and business performance.
