About the Role
Due to the dynamic growth of our Service Department, increasing staff turnover, and the need to maintain the highest standards of technical support, we are creating a Service and Application Training Department.
We are looking for an experienced Training Department Manager who will build and lead this new team, ensuring consistent, high-quality training for both employees and distributors.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage the new Service and Application Training Department.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for service and sales teams.
Design onboarding and continuous development programs to enhance employee competence and reduce turnover.
Collaborate closely with service engineers to assess training needs and performance gaps.
Cooperate with other departments to create effective, engaging training materials and programs.
Prepare, organize, and deliver technical training sessions, including train-the-trainer formats.
Manage and maintain all training materials (e-learning, webinars, recurring workshops) to ensure relevance and accessibility.
Ensure consistent technical knowledge standards across all regions and teams.
Requirements
Proven experience in training management, preferably in technical or service-oriented organizations.
Strong knowledge of technical service processes and training methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
Fluent in English (Polish language skills will be an advantage).
Willingness to travel occasionally for training purposes.
