Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn the intricacies of sales within the automotive lighting and mirror industry, contributing to the growth and success of Ichikoh Industries (Thailand).
Job Responsibilities
* Assist senior sales representatives in managing existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Process customer orders, track delivery schedules, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and service.
* Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Generate regular sales reports and provide updates on sales activities and progress.
* Support administrative tasks related to sales operations as required.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong interest in sales and a passion for the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a quick learner with a strong desire to succeed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
* No prior sales experience required; we welcome recent graduates.
