Main Responsibilities
· Deliver sales targets by developing and executing territory and account plans.
· Formulate and implement sales strategies, from launch to maintenance, in line with project plans.
· Set a good example for team members and support their development.
· Achieve sales and profit targets at assigned accounts, including pharmaceutical companies and contract manufacturing organizations.
· Rapidly provide approved product information and related services to customers, highlighting product usage and advantages.
· Manage customer demand, orders, and delivery through supply agreements.
· Oversee key opinion leaders (KOLs) at accounts, providing business and technical information.
· Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and delivery schedules.
· Address customer unmet needs and complaints at an early stage.
· Utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to manage sales opportunities and activities.
· Qualify leads and develop them into sales opportunities.
