The Sales Support & Planning Analyst plays a key role in connecting Flite’s sales operations, logistics, and business planning to ensure smooth execution across the full sales cycle. This position supports the sales team and partners with accurate data, timely order management, and proactive demand planning. By maintaining strong process control and clear communication, the role ensures that customer and partner expectations are met while enabling efficient growth and informed business decisions.

Key Success Measures
- Sales Support Responsiveness & Partner Satisfaction ·
- Measurement: Average response time < 24 hours and partner satisfaction ≥ 8/10. ·
- Measures the timeliness and quality of assistance provided to internal teams and partners. ·
- Promotes trust, collaboration, and a high level of service across the sales network.
Order Accuracy & Processing Efficiency
- Ensures that all customer and partner orders are handled quickly and correctly, minimizing delays or errors.
- Reflects operational reliability and directly contributes to a smooth customer experience.
Forecast Accuracy (SIOP Contribution)
- Indicates how well sales forecasts align with actual demand, improving production and inventory balance.
- Demonstrates proactive participation in the SIOP process to identify gaps between demand and supply.
CRM & Data Integrity
- Guarantees that partner and customer information is current, consistent, and reliable for business decisions
- Supports accurate reporting, forecasting, and seamless sales communication.
Partner Onboarding Accuracy & Timeliness
- Ensures smooth and compliant setup of new partners, minimizing administrative delays or sales disruptions.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and collaboration across departments (Sales, Finance, CX & Technical Support)
Lead Response & Qualification Efficiency
- Reflects responsiveness and professionalism in first customer or partner contact
- Supports faster sales conversion and ensures leads are routed to the right regional contact or sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Ensure timely and accurate assistance to sales representatives and partners throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Order Intake
- Process and confirm all incoming orders accurately within agreed timelines.
- Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and partner agreements.
SIOP Analysis (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)
- Support the SIOP process with accurate sales forecasts and demand planning data.
- Identify gaps between demand and supply, escalating risks and opportunities to management.
Order Planning
- Coordinate delivery timelines with logistics and production teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively adjust plans to meet customer and partner needs.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update CRM records to ensure complete and accurate customer information
- Track and follow up on key customer interactions to improve satisfaction and retention.
Partner Set-up
- Support the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring systems, pricing, and training are in place.
- Verify contract and compliance documentation to ensure a smooth collaboration start.
Inbound Lead Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate sales or regional partner contact.
Qualifications and requirements ·
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations planning, or order management — preferably in a premium consumer or watersports brand environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and forecasting data to support decision-making. ·
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders, documentation, and CRM data.
- Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), with confidence using reporting and dashboard tools. ·
- Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across sales, logistics, and partner teams. ·
- Proactive and structured working style, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. ·
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional European language skills (French speaking is an advantage)

- Ability to interpret sales and operational data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Order & Process Management
- Skilled in managing complex order flows with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing from intake to delivery
Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Strong understanding of forecasting principles to support the SIOP process and maintain alignment between sales and inventory.
CRM & System Proficiency
- Confident user of CRM and ERP systems to maintain data integrity, track performance, and streamline partner communication
Cross-Functional Communication
- Effective collaborator with sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving.
Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills
- Exceptional accuracy and structured working habits to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality or deadlines.
This exciting position is a Global Grade 11 and offers a salary of between EUR 60,500 and EUR 75,000 (payable in 12.96 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:

This role will be based in Amsterdam, and the successful candidate will be expected to speak fluent English (other European Languages will be an advantage).
