  • Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, promoting products/services, and providing expert guidance to customers.

  • Unlike general sales executives, they often have deep product knowledge, focus on solution-based selling, and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams

  • Will be responsible for sales and collection for assigned customers in territory

  • Also responsible for activating new customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets/territories.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate competitive accounts.

  • Understand customer needs and challenges to recommend the right solutions.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders


 

  • Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel Primary duties and responsibilities

  • Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales

  • Experience – Candidate should have 4 to 8 years of experience in Consumer products industry

  • Strong channel & distribution management skills

  • The incumbent must have good proven communication and sales capabilities.

  • Should be able to have meaningful discussion with an ophthalmologist.

  • Ability to grasp specialty products and understanding of niche market segments.
