Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Close collaboration with external customers: Hospitals, Management, Administration, Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, customer operations, and also wholesalers, consortiums.

  • Cooperation with internal customers (mainly Marketing/Customer Operation, Medical Dep, RA, and Technical Service) in sales process creation in actual territory.

  • Product portfolio promotion - F2F calls, presentations, workshops, participation in local and national congresses & conferences.

  • Sales target realization.

  • Competitive environment analysis and Baxter/competitors sales analysis.

  • Work territory - north Poland (pomorskie, zachodniopomorskie, kujawsko-pomorskie, mazowieckie voivodeship).

  • Preferred place of residence: Warsaw.

Qualifications, Education and/or Experience

  • Experience in sales in a pharmaceutical or medical company is essential; knowledge of nephrology would be an asset.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree is obligatory.

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English preferred.

  • Proficient in MS Office environment.

  • Driving license « B » and driving experience is a must!

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to establish business relationships with customers.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and selling skills.

  • Customer and goal orientation.

  • Initiative, self-motivation, courage, strategic thinking and stress resistance.
