Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our Protective Apparel business. This role will focus on promoting and selling Tyvek® protective garments, managing key accounts and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, with a background in PPE or industrial safety equipment preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for Tyvek® protective garments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in semiconductor, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage and support channel partners/distributors, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities and market applications.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and partners.
  • Collect and analyze market insights, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product stewardship, technical support) to deliver value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in PPE, industrial safety, or related B2B industries.
  • Proven ability in key account management and channel management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
