Senior Analyst - Sales
As a Sales Senior Analyst reporting to the Director of Sales, you’ll play a critical role in managing and growing a portfolio of accounts focused on Trading & Surveillance in the US & Canada. After a structured ramp-up period, you’ll become the primary account manager for a set of small and emerging clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving growth through targeted upsell opportunities.

You bring a passion for capital markets and a strong foundation in US equities, options, fintech, or software sales. Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts in the Trading & Surveillance segment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and relationship management
Identify and execute simple upsell opportunities to expand account value.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on client objectives and deliverables.
Participate in training and mentoring sessions to accelerate ramp-up and performance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in capital markets, preferably in US equities, options, fintech, or software sales.
Proven success in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment with at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $45,000 - $93,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.
