What You’ll Be Doing

• Grow your accounts: Manage and grow a select customer base through smart planning and relationship-building.
• Be a trusted advisor: Understand your clients’ needs and align Jotun’s solutions to help them succeed.
• Own your impact: Hit your sales targets using Jotun’s proven tools and strategies.
• Stay connected: Promote our products through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with key stakeholders.
• Solve real problems: Tackle technical and commercial challenges to keep projects on track and customers happy.
• Drive innovation: Introduce new products and ideas to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
• Keep it smooth: Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances with professionalism and care.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What You Bring

• 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome!)
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for building relationships
• Experience in coatings, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus
• Knowledge of Powder Coatings is a bonus—but not a dealbreaker
• Willingness to travel and connect with clients across NSW
• Based in Australia with full working rights
