WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Join our dynamic North America Nike SB team in Chicago as a Representative, serving as the primary business liaison for our key partners in the East Territory. We are seeking a passionate individual who can drive the Nike Skateboarding marketplace strategy, collaborating closely with retailers, authenticators, and the skateboarding community.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to analyze both wholesale and retail business performance, ensuring our strategies resonate effectively within the skateboarding ecosystem. You should excel at delivering engaging presentations that inspire and inform, while also having the interpersonal skills to foster and maintain robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
You will serve as Nike Brand’s ambassador and primary point of contact within a designated marketplace and account base. We need you to drive & deliver against financial targets for a specified account base inclusive of order entry, bookings reconciliation, and product deliveries. Our Rep will play an integral role in implementing the consumer CODE and GO-TO-MARKET process inclusive of leading customer sell-ins, quarterly business reviews (QBR), multi-season order management and business result recaps. From an operational standpoint, you will ensure orders are entered fully and on time as well as proactively manage product shipments in partnership with the Marketplace Operations team. You will be responsible for key franchise management and tracking trends to inform the forecasting process and ensure a healthy marketplace. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As part of this team, we will be working with internal cross functional partners on the Go-To Market process to internalize the Global and Geography Toolkits with a focus on creating content to suit the accounts needs. You will build Partner-specifics assortment that are in service of the consumer-centric strategy and collaborate with Planning to align specific assortment to the Merchandise Financial Plan, Franchise/Classification Plan and Allocation Plan. We will collaborate with marketing to review the specific assortment to influence marketing plans. In partner meetings, you will present the seasonal Merchandising/Product Priorities and deliver the Partner-specific assortment along with available samples/imagery. On the daily, you will be handling current seasonal account issues & concerns, while planning and forecasting for the next season and managing quarterly & yearly goals and targets.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role, you will report into the Sales Director, Nike SB. Our Rep will work closely with cross-functional teams within the Nike SB, the Chicago based team, as well as across the North America geography. This includes, but is not limited to, external partners (including Retailers, Collaborators, City and Community Leaders) and internal partners (Merchandising, Marketplace, Key City Leadership, Collaborator Brand Marketing, Consumer Direct Marketing, Nike Brand counterparts, Operations, DSM/Planning, etc.)
