Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to promote and sell a portfolio of technical and non-technical products, services, and solutions directly to existing and new end customers. This role focuses on driving growth through strategic relationship-building, solution-based selling, and expanding our reach in the Central America, and Caribbean regions.
The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, inform them of new product and service offerings, develop and execute lead generation strategies, and maintain a strong sales opportunity pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell a portfolio of products, services, and solutions to new and existing clients.
Develop, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to ensure a robust and sustainable sales pipeline.
Manage multiple projects and processes, providing direction and leadership to team members.
Coach and review the work of junior sales professionals to ensure quality and performance.
Provide innovative solutions to complex technical and business challenges.
Champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives with creativity and ingenuity.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders regarding sales policies, practices, and procedures.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term satisfaction and success.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and company objectives.
What you bring to the role:
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
