The Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by building reports, analyzing performance data, and automating marketing processes. This is a junior role designed for someone with strong analytical skills, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an interest in sales and marketing operations. The analyst will help improve visibility, efficiency, and scalability by creating dashboards, streamlining workflows, and enabling teams with the insights they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Reporting (40%)

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track sales and marketing performance (pipeline, campaign results, KPIs).
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems (CRM, marketing automation, reporting tools).
  • Support ad hoc analysis requests to help teams understand trends and identify opportunities.

Process Automation (40%)

  • Help design and implement automated workflows in marketing tools (e.g. CRM, marketing automation platforms).
  • Improve lead routing, campaign tracking, and sales enablement processes to increase efficiency.
  • Document processes and share best practices to ensure adoption and scalability.

Cross-Team Support (20%)

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist with the rollout of new tools, processes, and sales excellence initiatives.
  • Support ongoing projects led by the Manager, Business Development and Sales Excellence.

You should bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or operations support role (internships or first full-time roles welcome).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or marketing automation tools (Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Interest in process automation and willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys “figuring stuff out” and making processes more efficient.
