As a leading company in the industry, the AUSTRIA JUICE Group is appreciated by customers for its expertise in the development of innovative beverage concepts and high-quality food & beverage ingredients.

For our location in Kroellendorf we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Sales Manager (all genders).

YOUR MISSION

  • Strategic responsibility for the natural flavor business, including marketing, total revenue, as well as coordination and organization of all sales managers involved in the process

  • Development and implementation of the sales strategy to expand existing customer relationships, identify new market opportunities, and acquire new key accounts on a global level

  • Development of marketing concepts in collaboration with the development of new products and processes, working closely with R&D and production, as well as promoting continuous improvement and expansion of the product portfolio in line with business and corporate objectives

  • Handling and resolution of customer complaints

  • Support for the strategic implementation of corporate and departmental objectives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability within the segment

  • Representation of AUSTRIA JUICE at international trade and product fairs

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Completed degree in business administration combined with strong numerical skills

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager in the FMCG sector, ideally in the food or flavor industry

  • Strong sales orientation, persuasive personality, and excellent negotiation and closing skills

  • High social intelligence, empathy, and ability to work in a team

  • Proactive, independent working style with the drive to build something and achieve success

  • Willingness to travel globally (30-40%)

  • Business fluent German and English skills; any additional language is an advantage.

  • Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3.654,94 gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries.
