Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on the promotion and sales of disinfectant products for healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales, particularly in infection prevention, hygiene, or medical-grade disinfectants. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, regulatory requirements, and customer needs in hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare distributors, procurement teams, and disinfectants manufacturers.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in territory.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support customer needs and product positioning.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using appropriate IT tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling disinfectants or hygiene solutions within the healthcare sector (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of infection prevention protocols and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network of contacts within healthcare distributors and disinfectants manufacturers.
  • Experience with tender processes and institutional sales.
  • Familiarity with product registration and compliance in healthcare markets.
