Areas of Responsibilities
 Conducting outbound calls to existing merchants for products upselling and account risk
measurement;
 Cultivating leads by exploring and understanding the clients’ needs and challenges;
 Coaching customers on how to maximize the use of our services;
 Keeping up-to-date and self-equipped on required knowledge and skill sets proactively
 Working with a growing team to execute the sales strategies;
 Carrying out ad hoc assignments

Requirements
 Higher Diploma/ Degree holder or above
 1-3 years experience in sales and service support
 Experience in card acquiring and banking industry will be an advantage but not a must
 Customer oriented, excellent team players with good servicing attitude and communication skills
 Positive, self-motivating mindset and attitude, detail oriented, committed and enthusiastic, capable to
work under pressure and multitasking
 Has an inspiration to develop career path in the sales field
 Fluent in Cantonese and English, Putonghua is an advantage
 Hands on experience of Microsoft Windows software, such as Excel, is required
