Sales & Events Enablement Manager - Remote with Travel (U.S. / Tri-State area)

About the Position

The Manager, Sales & Events Enablement plays a key supporting role in driving sales effectiveness and coordinating impactful events that elevate AML RightSource’s brand and client engagement. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in sales operations and event planning within a dynamic, mission-driven organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support sales processes, maintain CRM data integrity, and assist in the planning and execution of events. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences for clients and team members alike.

Primary Responsibilities

Sales Support & Enablement

  • Assist in maintaining and improving core sales processes and documentation.
  • Support CRM (HubSpot) data entry, upkeep, and basic reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with marketing to help develop and distribute sales enablement materials.
  • Help coordinate sales team meetings, pipeline reviews, and forecasting sessions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Monitor basic sales metrics and trends to support planning and decision-making.

Event Support & Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of client-facing events, including conferences, roundtables, and receptions.
  • Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, and materials preparation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure event goals align with business objectives.
  • Assist in developing event agendas and coordinating with attendees.
  • Help track event performance and engagement metrics to inform future planning.
  • Ensure consistent branding and high-quality experience across all event touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, B2B operations, event coordination, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Highly motivated with a positive outlook and the ability to always demonstrate a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to travel to events, approximately 2 days a month on average, within the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior client relationship development experience.
  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales enablement function.
  • Exposure to event planning or coordination, especially in a corporate or client-facing setting.
