About the job

 

We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist — someone who thrives at the crossroads of execution and strategy, and who knows that the best Enablement isn’t about slides or theory, but about driving measurable impact on pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance. You’ll be the operational engine of Enablement at Alma, working hand-in-hand with the

Enablement Lead and the various Manager from every team ****at Alma to turn ideas into scalable programs across all Revenue teams.

 

 

About the mission

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Enablement Execution (≈60%)- Turn complex Enablement needs into simple, impactful deliverables adopted across markets

  • Create, Deliver and Maintain Enablement materials (Onboarding, Trainings, Playbook/Scorecards).
  • Organize and run Enablement events and initiatives through Revenue teams (BtS, Blitz, RevStorming).
  • Ensure continuous update and adoption of Enablement tools and resources.

2. PMO & Cross-team Coordination (≈20%) - Make the machine run smoothly, connecting dots across Revenue, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Leadership.

  • Coordinate cross-functional routines and projects (Enablement Hour, collaboration with other teams).
  • Document and structure processes to improve efficiency.
  • Act as point of contact for Managers on operational Enablement requests.

3. Reporting & Insights (≈20%) - Enablement is only as good as what it delivers — you’ll make that visible.

  • Track adoption and effectiveness of Enablement initiatives, within the framework designed with RevOps.
  • Produce clear syntheses and insights for the Lead and CRO.
  • Contribute to the quality of Revenue narratives in routines and leadership communications.

 

 

About you

 

  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally as:
    • a former salesperson now passionate about performance & process excellence, or
    • a former consultant eager to get hands-on and build impact from within.
  • You are someone who cares — about people, about impact, about doing things right.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and take ownership naturally.
  • You love turning complexity into clarity — structuring, simplifying, documenting, and scaling.
  • You are not just a doer: you are a builder, coach, and data-lover who wants to see Enablement move the revenue needle.
  • You’re fluent in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Tech enthusiast : familiar some of these following tools (but not mandatory): Gong, Notion, LMS, Google Slides, Salesforce,…
