We are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to empower our go-to-market teams with the content, training, and tools they need to drive revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This person will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure that every seller is confident, consistent, and effective in every stage of the sales cycle.
Training & Onboarding
Design and deliver onboarding programs that ramp new sales hires quickly and effectively.
Continuously update enablement materials to reflect new messaging, features, and market shifts.
Coordinate ongoing skill development and product training for existing sales reps.
Content & Messaging
Develop and maintain sales playbooks, battle cards, pitch decks, and competitive intelligence.
Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
Ensure teams have access to the most up-to-date and effective sales assets.
Process & Tools
Optimize usage of CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Outreach).
Track enablement program effectiveness through data and analytics.
Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and conversion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align go-to-market efforts.
Partner with Sales Leadership to assess team performance and identify learning opportunities.
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment.
Proven ability to design and implement impactful training and enablement programs.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and SaaS metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with enablement or sales productivity tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, ZoomInfo, Salesforce).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
