Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Drive Growth and Market Share: Lead initiatives to expand core and complementary products and services, leveraging data insights to identify opportunities and develop strategies that increase market share and deliver year-over-year sales growth while maintaining healthy profit margins.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Maintain and update regional business plans focused on growth and competitive positioning. Use market analytics and performance data to shape actionable strategies, set priorities, and submit AFE’s to support expansion.
  • Sales Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong, collaborative leadership to inside and outside regional sales team. Build a high-performing team capable of executing daily operations, managing inventory, and driving new business acquisition.  Interacts with internal and external managers, leads, peers, and customers to support sales objectives, develop opportunities, and plan processes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Routinely analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform strategies, optimize pricing, and identify emerging opportunities. Translate insights into practical solutions for near-term and long-term growth.
  • Customer and Market Engagement: Actively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure alignment with divisional and regional objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive forecasting and collaboration with Supply Chain, ensuring targets are met. Manage inside support operations to achieve safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Process and CRM Compliance: Champion the use of Salesforce CRM for opportunity management, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement. Ensure adherence to standard work processes, including daily activity logs and accurate data capture.
  • Innovation in Services: Explore and develop site fabrication and repair capabilities as a competitive advantage, aligning service offerings with market needs to differentiate ESCO in the region.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years Management experience, and depth and breadth of expertise in own discipline.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to operate with tact, diplomacy and integrity as required
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team; strong engagement skills to influence the team
  • Ability to travel within the regions as needed to meet business objectives and engage with clients.
