Key responsibilities:

Improve market visibility by proactively engaging potential customers using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, door-to-door visits, personalized emails, and social media.

  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner and deeply understand the prospect's business needs, struggles, budget, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule in-depth meetings to uncover participation opportunities and drive technical win with sample evaluations.
  • Convert technical wins into commercial successes through opportunity follow-up and both internal and external collaboration to achieve business goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in systems such as SFDC and Molecule 360.
  • Track critical metrics and continuously refine approach based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years of commercial experience in the Bioprocessing industry. Previous experience in sales development or technical sales is preferred.

A goal-oriented approach and a hunger for success; intrinsically motivated to meet and exceed targets.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
