We’re seeking an experienced and strategic DraftAid Sales Development Representative to help drive revenue growth. You’ll own outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and early-stage deal engagement with enterprise clients helping us build a scalable sales motion from the ground up. You won’t inherit a pre-built sales playbook; you’ll be creating and refining it. We give you the autonomy to be creative, take risks and bring what you know to the table. We want results and will support you in which ever way you go about it. This is an opportunity for a strategic SDR who loves experimentation, message testing, and building scalable outbound motions from scratch. This role is ideal for someone with deep enterprise sales discipline, consulting experience, and a passion for building something new in a fast-moving environment
Remote - accepting applicants from Europe (Germany preferred), Unites States and Canada
Your total On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential is C$85,000 annually when meeting all performance targets. You will also be eligible for yearly performance and salary reviews. Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience, location, and demonstrated skills. We consider factors such as years of relevant experience, past impact in operational or startup roles, and technical or analytical expertise when determining salary.
