What You Will Do:
Lead, coach, and energize the sales team to exceed goals
Work the desk with strong closing acumen to finalize deals quickly and profitably
Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and consistent performance
Develop strategies that grow sales volume and profitability month after month
Manage inventory and ensure the right product mix is showcased and sold
Partner with the F&I team to ensure seamless deal flow and customer satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships that create loyalty and repeat business
Champion the dealership’s standards and keep the team sharp
What We Are Looking For
Proven leadership experience as a New Car Manager with strong closing ability
A positive attitude with the hunger to scale the business to new heights
A track record of delivering results in a high energy, fast paced environment
Ability to coach, challenge, and inspire a sales team to higher levels of performance
Business minded, competitive, and driven to win
Valid driver’s license
