Sales Coordinator

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordination position provides operational and sales support to sales personnel for Ziegler Inc. Duties include: supporting sales representatives with securing inventory, walk in traffic, creating agreements, facilitating transportation, invoicing, and warranty enrollment of machines. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, possess the ability to reason with all personality types, take direction from others, multi-task, and meet short timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as main line of support for sales representatives
  • Point of contact for walk in traffic and area customers
  • Creates and maintains sale and lease agreements
  • Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
  • Finalizes invoices and credits for transactions
  • Handle any additional special projects as needed
  • Ability to manage a large number of transactions and high functioning salespeople
  • Additional administrative tasks as seen fit
  • Keep up to date and accurate records
  • Timely creation of sales or lease contracts and processing of invoices
  • Ability to multi-task on technical issues
  • Follows up with sales representatives via phone and other interactions
  • Works in a cooperative manner with team and employees

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • Personal Attributes: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Teamwork, Professionalism
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • 1-3 years experience performing customer service and/or administrative support
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Walking, talking, hearing

  • Working conditions may be both indoor and outdoor; noise level may be moderate at times.

The pay range for this position is

$26.32 to $31.57

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
