If you know end-to-end sales compensation design and execution, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the Sales Operations team at the global leader in implantable hearing devices! In this role, you will be based in our North America head office in Lone Tree, CO.
The Sales Compensation Program Analyst is responsible for understanding the end-to-end sales compensation design and execution process with a strong focus on meeting critical deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of all compensation components correctly. This individual is responsible for supporting Cochlear’s sales compensation strategy, including the overall plan design, policy implementation, and annual quota-setting process. This individual will be expected to understand the sales process and necessary territory sales support to build and map out territory geography structure, business roles and other business recommendations based on sales revenue data analysis.
To be successful in this role, this individual must have the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights, to effectively communicate complex compensation concepts across the sales organization and to accurately calculate all reward components. This role involves navigating and improving manual processes related to compensation calculations, territory mapping, and data validation. The Analyst must be adept at identifying inefficiencies and recommending automation or process enhancements.
