About your team :

The Iberian team consists of a Sales group and a Marketing group covering both Spain, Portugal and Andorra. The Sales group is responsible for new sales and asset retention of Fidelity’s entire Iberia e.g. institutions, banks, insurance companies, savings banks, etc.  Within the Sales team there are Relationship managers that cover clients among the different business (e.g. Retail Distribution, Wholesale and Institutional). The Marketing and Corporate Communication team is responsible for Fidelity’s brand and all commercial/corporate activities.

About your role :


As Wholesale Sales Support, the candidate will work closely with the Iberia sales team (Spain, Portugal, and Andorra), to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the Iberian sales & marketing plan in the region.

The candidate will build your skills by:

  • Client reporting
  • Adapting sales materials to push relevant expertise
  • Supporting the preparation of client meetings or events
  • Working on various client tools making sure all client information is appropriately recorded
  • Collaborating with various teams abroad to provide transparent tracking of clients’ assets, inflows and outflows
  • Producing performance reports and market/fund newsletters
  • Assist to clients when required by the Sales Team

About you :

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in asset management
  • Master's degree with a focus on finance
  • Fluent in both English, Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build on strong commercial skills
  • Sales aptitude with a strong desire to make things happen
  • Ability to build credibility and liaise with clients in person and over the phone
  • Highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Interest and potential to take on expanded/deeper responsibility in the business team
  • Team player and net worker
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment, well organized
  • Good PC knowledge, with analytical skills
