Job Description
Provides technical expertise to close new design win opportunities and co-engineers solutions to drive products to production, resulting in billed revenue (sales in and/or sales through). Exhibits deep knowledge of Intel’s product portfolio to drive sales for established businesses and foster growth in emerging markets. Cultivates relationships with customer teams to identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Influences and enables OEMs, distributors, and ecosystem partners to drive sales through revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop product demonstrations for customers to showcase capabilities.
Assist in product design and review during onsite visits, ensuring customer requirements are met.
Establish relationships with customer teams to resolve issues quickly and promote high customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to answer questions, reproduce errors, and resolve or escalate customer issues.
Provide timely feedback to manufacturing and product teams on product issues and future requirements.
Ensure Intel adapts to changes needed for business continuity.
Note: This is a commissioned sales position.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the technology industry, with a focus on client, edge, and data center.
Fluent in English.
Strong public speaking skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Previous experience with early access programs and Design Win (DW) models.
Knowledge of ECG business and partners.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers, partners, and industry events.
Preferred Qualifications
Recognized certifications or credentials in edge technologies.
Demonstrated thought leadership in data center or AI technologies.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
