Your New Role...
As an RTR Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing key Record to Report processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP and local accounting standards. You will manage period-end close activities, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
Your Role Accountabilities
Proactively perform accounting tasks and processes in line with IFRS, US GAAP and relevant local GAAP, including preparation of statutory financial statements
Manage statutory audit processes, coordinating planning, fieldwork and finalisation with auditors and internal stakeholders
Support the review of complex financial reporting transactions and preparation of management reports, BS Flux, SEC schedules and reconciliations
Collaborate with Legal, Treasury, Company Secretary and Shared Services on entity-related matters and SAP reporting deliverables
Assist with the setup of new statutory entities and lead entity rationalization projects, including making entities dormant and managing strike-off processes
Contribute to special and routine projects, providing ad hoc analyses and supporting continuous process improvements

Qualifications and Experience
Graduate in Finance or Accounting
ACCA or Polish CA qualification preferred (or equivalent)
Proven experience in statutory accounting and audit coordination, ideally within a Big4 environment
Strong understanding of IFRS and Polish accounting regulations; UK GAAP knowledge will be an asset
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and One Source (Thomson Reuters) is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English skills
High-integrity team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships across the organization
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with resilience and adaptability to changing priorities
