Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze the requirements and define the gaps

Write the test cases to cover the requirements

Execute the test cases and report the defects with severity and priority.

Manual testing execution

Automation testing is a plus

ISTQB is a plus

Agile methodology is needed

JIRA knowledge is needed

SOAPUI is a plus

Awareness for payment systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured.
  • Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.
