Job Summary
Collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions using platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Low Code, Process Mining, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP). Recommends, with support of manager, solutions and direction in developing, configuring, testing, and implementing processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget. Supports root cause analysis and debugging for a specific automation or tool to meet SLA. Research and recommends feasibility of business requirements and turns them into automation solutions. Ensures compliance (with CoE standards, guidelines, leading practices, security, and risk management), change management, and continuous improvement.
Essential Functions
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate solutions with existing systems.
- Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
- Ensure compliance with standards, security, and change management.
- Partner onsite with teammates to develop, configure, test, and implement processes to meet the defined and anticipated requirements with high-quality builds on time and on budget.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis (preferred)
- Experience with Low Code Development (preferred)
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred)

- Ability to use tools to analyze workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Support multiple projects, tasks, and responsibilities concurrently.
- Design and implement automation solutions using platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Staying current with emerging technologies and continuously improving solution design.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000.00 - $103,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
