Position Rostering Planner; Crew Resources

Direct Reporting Rostering Manager
Business Objectives
Creation of compliant crew rosters and on time publications to crew members at planning stage
Ensures that the rosters are planned and maintained in accordance with the regulatory and company requirements for each AOC
Crew coverage to meet the commercial requirements of the airline
Highlight resourcing constraints and proactive strategizing to address issues
Conform to preferences and practices set by individual AOC within the group
Ensure transparent management of crew resources and rosters
Primary Accountabilities
Work within a team responsible for the crew schedule production across the group
Produce and manage schedules to match the lifestyle requirements with individual AOC preference , pattern and compliance standards.
Escalate resourcing issues ahead of time to allow for adequate response
Ensure fair distribution of all flying and non flying activities when planning
Continuously track crew compliance to ensure a full audit trail and corrective action where necessary
Perform pairing changes and schedule updates in the event of updated commercial or network requirements
Proactively manage crew resources to ensure optimal coverage
Manage ad hoc assignments given by the reporting manager
About You
2-5 Years experience in Roster Planning/ Advance Crewing
AIMS or Aviation Crew Resources Systems experience is an added advantage
Posses good proficiency in verbal and written English
Capable of working in a team environment and flexible in handling ad hoc requirements
Basis knowledge of google workspace is an added advantage
Able to work on shift
