Position summary:

Rolls-Royce Saudi Arabia Limited is a registered Saudi Company in KSA, with HQ in Riyadh and covering several sites in the country. we are proud to have been a leading provider of power to the Royal Saudi Air Force for 50+ years. We provide in-country support for over 300 military platforms equipped with 800+ Rolls-Royce engines. We offer a world-leading military product portfolio for land, sea and air for our customers in Saudi Arabia. 

  • On this programme, you will join our high performing team and embark on a 6-month journey of learning and impact. From day one you will work on real projects that shape our commercial performance in the defence sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helping to define pricing strategies and commercial models to optimise revenue and margins
  • Supporting the launch of new opportunities that contain services and/or products in alignment with Rolls-Royce policy
  • Supporting and developing commercial deliverables for bid campaigns, including terms and conditions review, drafting RFQ and RFP, liaison with stakeholders, identification of risks, development of estimates and pricing, review of commercial documents and management reporting
  • Monitoring the customers’ contractual commercial performance and ensure their commitment to meet the required obligations contractually
  • Generating reports to support the commercial objectives and business needs
  • Reviewing and drafting terms and conditions for current agreements while highlighting risks and suggested mitigations plans
  • Building excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers whereby act as a key point of contact and develop commercial astute judgment
  • Supporting the preparation, negotiation and management of contracts

You’ll work with them to create a personalised development plan, which could include supporting you in obtaining a relevant professional qualification, further down the line. Who we’re looking for:

  • You’ll have graduated or set to graduate in 2026 from either Law or Business subjects
  • You must be able to demonstrate that you are not currently employed
  • You’ll have strong commercial curiosity with a focus on business impact
  • Analytical mindset – you'll enjoy working with numbers, data and drawing practical conclusions
  • Detail oriented, organised and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail with focus on quality outputs
