Roll Off Driver - Natchitoches, LA

Starting Pay: $20/hour, weekly pay

Overtime: Anything over 40 hours a week gets you time-and-a-half - that's $30/hour.

Waste Connections is hiring a Roll Off Driver to join our team in Natchitoches. We’re hiring safety-focused Class A or B drivers to operate waste collection trucks and provide top-tier service to our communities.

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays, 5 AM–3 PM.

• 10–11 per day, totaling 50–55 hours weekly.

Requirements:

• Class A or B Commercial Drivers License.

• 2+ years of Roll Off experience.

• Excellent customer service skills.
