Job Description

We are looking for a Process Automation and Excellence Analyst to join our growing Global Automation and Robotics Center of Excellence located in Katowice.

Our CoE supports entire Rockwell organization providing remote automation as a service in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Production Support, Sales, and Manufacturing. If you want to emerge technology that helps us add value and improve internal processes—such as developing software robots, smart automation, or other business transformation projects—have some of the skills listed below, and are ready to develop others, join us.

You will report to Business Analysis Team Leader and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Main contact for automation projects,
  • Lead requirements gathering and opportunity management,
  • Work with BOT Developers during automation design, ensuring delivery of a solution that meets the requirements,
  • Work with relevant partners to identify opportunities, business case, develop proposals for all digital transformation programs,
  • Help determine RPA or other technology suitability, considering all qualifiers and efficiency drivers,
  • Lead Agile/scrum planning and realization of individual automation projects,
  • Help measure potential automation impact based on validated metrics (e.g. hours back to the business),
  • Cultivate main relationships with relevant partners,
  • Evaluate and model existing processes,
  • Lead global projects.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in process analysis,
  • Min. English B2 (written and spoken),
  • Yellow Belt Certification or equivalent,
  • Experience defining solution architecture and budget analysis,
  • Experience designing and documenting automation workflows using RPA tools,
  • Knowledge of Visio and other Microsoft Tools, Project Management tools,
  • Responsibility for testing, validating, and deploying RPA solutions
  • Skills to collaborate with business and technical teams,
  • Skills for process assessment and automation opportunities,
  • Skills to work independently and meet projects timelines,
  • Skills to gather requirements from partners and translate them into technical specifications,
  • Skills to communicate with partners and maintain a customer-focused approach.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • University degree,
  • Practice in UML and Blue Prism will be an asset,
  • Green Belt Certification,
  • Experience in international environment.
