🩺 Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Behavioral Health (0.75 FTE)

📍 Location: Main Campus, La Crosse, WI

👩‍⚕️ Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health (IBH)

🕒 Schedule: 60 hours per two weeks | Rotating 12-hour Day/Night shifts (0630–1900 / 1830–0700)
📆 Every third weekend | Two holidays per year

💙 What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors.

  • Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

✅ What You’ll Need

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)

  • Required: Active and unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin

  • Preferred: 1+ year of RN experience, ideally in mental health

  • Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
