OFFICE LOCATION
Candidates must be local to Richmond, VA
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide risk mitigation services to multiple clients; to participate in the development and delivery of Sedgwick and client risk control service plans; to participate in large engagements requiring multiple analysts; to facilitate risk mitigation methods, procedures, and programs; and to serve as liaison to Sedgwick colleagues and clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
Bachelor's degree with major in in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Safety, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred. One or more of the following professional certifications is preferred: Graduate Safety or Associate Safety Professional (GSP or CSP), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) , Professional Risk Consultant (PRC) or Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST).
Experience:
Six (6) years of related risk services experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience with public entities, insurance, or risk pooling is highly preferred.

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $85-90K annually.
